Cooperative Games Day Workshop - Part One is another great workshop of cooperative games.  Learn such favorites as Giants, Wizards and Elves, Amazing Maze and Rattlesnake just to mention a few.  Learn games to take back to your school, community center, place of worship, youth group, day care center, etc.  Games Day will be held on Tuesday, March 13th, 10:00am - 2:00pm, 318 W. Kentucky Street, Louisville, KY.   The $55 fee includes two sets of written instructions for all the games, two boxed lunch and fun, fun, fun!  Participants will be provided hands-on learning of the games.  Workshop is limited to 40 participants.  Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.  Registration is required.  To download a registration form Click here.  Online registration is also available - click here to register!

Training of Educators in Conflict Resolution and Peer Mediation is a
3-day training being held in July for school personnel and youth workers
interested in creating a youth mediation program in their schools or
community centers.  KDE has approved for 15 EILA hours.   
Participants will learn to:

    •  Address basic conflict resolution theory
    •  Create a site based mediation program
    •  Train youth mediators through hands-on activities
    •  Involve other staff members in programming

Workshop fee is $350 per person or $650 for two-person team.  Training includes a manual, daily continental breakfast and boxed lunch.  Pre-registration is required.
